Can't wait for the November 18, 2011, release of part one of "Breaking Dawn"? Well, on Thursday some bootleg footage of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shooting scenes for the flick hit the Internet.

The footage was shot in Brazil, where Bella and Edward's honeymoon scenes take place. It shows the duo kneeling on a beach and sharing some unheard dialogue before kissing. They go through the scene a few times before they break and walk away from the spot where they're shooting. Stewart is wearing a blue sweater over a bathing suit, while Pattinson sports a white tank top and shorts, an outfit visible in photographs posted online.

While these aren't official images from the film, last month an official photo from "Breaking Dawn" was released for public consumption. In it, Bella's hand is holding feathers from a pillow that Edward destroyed while the pair had sex for the first time on Isle Esme. Stewart and Pattinson were also spotted kissing in Rio de Janeiro last month while shooting more scenes for the film.

Despite all the sexiness that could take place in the finale, Summit Entertainment has assured fans that the "Breaking Dawn" films won't be rated R, instead opting to keep the action PG-13. The final installment of the "Twilight" franchise, "Breaking Dawn, Part 2," is set for a November 2012 release, capping off four years and five films. Both parts of the final book are being directed by Bill Condon.

Akon Disagrees With Will.i.am Over Michael Jackson's Posthumous Release

'These records would have come out whether he was alive or dead,' 'Kon says.

As with many other posthumous releases, the forthcoming Michael Jackson album, Michael, is already creating controversy. After will.i.am told Entertainment Weekly that he thought it was "disrespectful" to release the collection of previously unheard material from the King of Pop, fellow collaborator Akon struck back.

'Kon, whose "Hold My Hand" collaboration with Jackson dropped on Monday as the LP's first single, insists that releasing new music is actually a way of honoring the icon.

"I think that's probably will's opinion," Akon told TMZ of the Black Eyed Peas frontman's statement. "Me personally, I think that's keeping his legacy alive, if you ask me. I don't see anything disrespectful about it. He got his people taking care of it. We all did records that we actually worked on together on the album. These records would have come out whether he was alive or dead, so I think this actually to helps keep his legacy alive. I honestly disagree with that."

The hip-hop star explained that he hopes "Hold My Hand" will reach "another level" and be properly distributed as he and the Jackson team had originally planned.

Last week, will.i.am slammed the project, suggesting that there's no honor in the upcoming release, due in stores December 14. "Whoever put it out and is profiting off of it, I want to see how cold they are," he told EW. "To say that what [Michael] contributed during his life wasn't enough. He just wasn't any ordinary artist. He was a hands-on person. To me it's disrespectful. There's no honoring."

Not only did Akon call his sessions with MJ "amazing," but he also gushed that it was nothing short of a dream come true saying, "He was a very incredible person, very creative. That was really a dream come true on my end. I enjoyed every moment of it."

Movie awards season is here again. And while most of the year's big Oscar-buzz-generating films have yet to open, the indies, as usual, are a step ahead. On Tuesday (November 30), a day after "Winter's Bone" won best feature at the Gotham Awards, the film garnered seven Independent Spirit Award nominations, including a nod for best feature.

"Winter's Bone," directed by Debra Granik, is a dark drama about a girl (Jennifer Lawrence) looking for her father in a drug-riddled rural Arkansas community. Granik earned nominations for best director and best screenplay along with co-writer Anne Rosellini.

Rounding out the nominations for Spirit's best feature list was Danny Boyle's "127 Hours," Darren Aronofsky's "Black Swan," Noah Baumbach's "Greenberg" and Lisa Cholodenko's "The Kids Are All Right."

James Franco got a nod for best actor for his role as a hiker trapped in a canyon who must cut off his own arm to survive in "127 Hours." His competition is John C. Reilly for "Cyrus," Ben Stiller for "Greenberg," Ronald Bronstein for "Daddy Longlegs" and Aaron Eckhart for "Rabbit Hole."

On the best actress side of Spirit nominees was Natalie Portman for her portrayal of a ballet dancer in "Black Swan," Michelle Williams in "Blue Valentine," Annette Bening in "The Kids Are All Right," Greta Gerwig in "Greenberg," Nicole Kidman in "Rabbit Hole" and Jennifer Lawrence in "Winter's Bone."

The Independent Spirit Awards, given out by Film Independent, is a major event for films made outside of the major Hollywood studios with budgets of less than $20 million. The 2011 ceremony will be held on February 26 in Santa Monica and will be hosted by "Community" star Joel McHale.

The Truth Behind James Franco's 'Inside The Actors Studio' Frenzy

'It was bedlam,' host James Lipton confirms to MTV News.

Did James Franco really cause a near-riot recently during a taping of Bravo's "Inside the Actors Studio"? Reports over the weekend suggested hundreds showed up for the taping but were rejected and that girls in the audience were so loud host James Lipton had to stop the interview and ask for quiet.

So did Franco really cause such a frenzy? It turns out, he most certainly did, as Lipton told MTV News when we caught up with him at the "Black Swan" red-carpet premiere on Tuesday night. There's just one problem with those gossip reports, though: at no point did Lipton actually stop the interview.

"The report was accurate. It was bedlam. But it said I stopped the show and told the audience to behave," he said. "Like hell I did! I was the happiest person in the house. We had a great time together."

Lipton told us that in the nearly two decades since he's been conducting his "Actors Studio" interviews, he'd never witnessed such a commotion. That becomes even more impressive when you consider how many Hollywood celebs Lipton has hosted — everyone from Johnny Depp to Daniel Radcliffe.

"It had never happened before, but I wasn't angry about it," Lipton said. "They made me sound like I was bawling the audience out. What nonsense!"

Days after Franco's appearance on the show, which is set to air this month, news broke that the 32-year-old actor had been tapped to host the Oscars alongside Anne Hathaway. After getting to know Franco during their lengthy interview, Lipton is certain he'll do great.

"It's a slam dunk," he said. "He's very clever. He's got four master's degrees, and he just signed up for his Ph.D. at Yale. He's very funny."

Are you excited for Franco and Hathaway to host the Oscars? Let us know in the comments!
